He saw the same problem across company after company: teams wanted AI-driven efficiency, but their data was scattered across tools, spreadsheets, databases, and workflows. At Blue Komodo, Shane focuses on product vision and the company's long-term platform strategy: helping businesses move from fragmented systems to trusted, AI-ready operations.

Jason Tate brings nearly 20 years of operating experience across staffing, e-commerce, partnerships, and business growth. His perspective is practical: AI only matters if it improves margins, speed, customer experience, or team capacity. At Blue Komodo, Jason leads go-to-market and partnerships, including the company's work with AWS, with a focus on turning platform capability into measurable business outcomes.
