These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at bluekomodo.io (the “Site”) and any related products, demos, or services (collectively, the “Services”) offered by Blue Komodo AI (“Blue Komodo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the Blue Komodo and Blue Komodo Stack names, marks, and designs, is owned by Blue Komodo or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent, except that you may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial reference.

The Blue Komodo logo and “Blue Komodo Stack” are trademarks of Blue Komodo AI. Other names and marks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners.

The Site may reference third-party services, including AWS, and may link to third-party websites. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties. References to third-party products do not constitute endorsement.

6. Product Information and Demos

Information about Blue Komodo Stack and any related products presented on the Site is for informational purposes only and may include forward-looking statements about features, capabilities, or roadmap. Actual product behavior, availability, and pricing are governed by separate written agreements between Blue Komodo and the customer. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding offer or commitment.

Screenshots, demos, and product visualizations on the Site may use illustrative or sample data and may differ from production deployments.

7. Disclaimers

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Komodo disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blue Komodo and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any written agreement between you and Blue Komodo, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Site. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent.
